Philosophy as a way of life

The fundamental questions such as „How can I live a happy life?“, „How can I give my life true meaning?“ and “What is the purpose of it all?” concern all people – even if they are often suppressed in the bustle of everyday life. Issues that shape our lives especially in their decisive phases (private or professional changes, stress situations, new perspectives and directions, midlife crises, etc.) need to be thought about on a regular basis in order to deal with them appropriately – and to reduce or prevent excessive stress.
